Refund policy
Returns and withdrawal
You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. This means: the perfume has not been sprayed and any seal or film has not been removed. This 14 day right of return applies to customers in Switzerland and the EU.
Excluded from returns
• Perfumes and car fragrances that have already been sprayed, opened or used, as well as items with a removed seal, as they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene
• Personalised items such as the gift card with personal message
How it works
1. Write to us within 14 days of receipt at info@evolgy.ch with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Send the goods, well packed, within a further 14 days to: Evola Fragrance, Hohenrainstrasse 26a, 4133 Pratteln, Switzerland.
3. After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In the event of a full withdrawal, we refund the original shipping costs up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery.
Damaged or incorrect delivery: contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.
